dog town fps drop

I am on pc. The whole game runs smoothly at 60fps but when i enter dog town there are huge fps drops and stuttering.
Its seems to be a cpu issue and i have seen many people on reddit that have the same issue. please fix it! i cant play the game anymore.

For me it's really weird. I have fps drops whenever that big flying hunk of metal is in my view or I'm near it
