CDPR didn't confirmed it. John Mamais said, that there will be "secret regions" in the game, but no specifics.

Well, they mentioned many times that they have a "primeval forest area"
when discussing the types of location the game takes place in.

The only primeval forest we know located near all the locations announced is the Brokilon.

I thought Mamais was referring to the secret "witcher hideouts" from you'll be able to retrieve special loot and receipts (kind ot the same as in Assassins Creed 2)... Not to a specific "region".:hmm:

Until CDPR will say that Brokilon will be in the game, I'll be sceptical.
In past interviews they said, that Oxenfurt won't be in the game and we saw that it isn't particular true :p

@Jack_in_the_green

gamermd83:
You guys said, that you have three regions. Is there any others that you're thinking of?

John Mamais, CD Projekt RED:
Yeah, there's secret regions.

There was another question about witcher hideouts, so I think John wasn't referring to that.

I think you're contradicting yourself here.

You ask me for proof of the confimarción of Brokilon by CDPR but do not believe them because they confirmed that Oxenford should not appear in TW3 once time, a remorly time, BTW....

I'm confuse...

:hmm:

@wichat

I'm just saying' that game is still in production.
They didn't mean to put Oxenfurt in the game, but things changed and now we know that we'll visit it.
They said that there'll be "primeval forest area", but untill they'll confirm Brokilon, I'll try not to assume that Geralt gonna visit Driads :)

One encounter with decent mage and Geralt will have a strong necessity to visit Brokilon again - that will be easy to add in a plot :D

I think that everyone else is trying very, very hard to confuse the guy who asked the question.
Kaer Morhen is confirmed.
Oxenfurt is confirmed.
Brokilon has been hinted at
Dol Blathanna hasn't been mentioned.

If they manage to represent in the game:

Novigrado
Oxenfurt
Skellige
Kaer Morhen
Brokilon
Dol Blathanna

:respect:

The difference between the areas mentioned and the valley is the emphasis CD Projekt put in the games was the human and non-humans conflict and the valley is a hub for the non-hunans as Novigrad is for humans.

Well I hope they do include The Valley or at least Francesca and characters from the last game that supported the non-human cause like Saskia, Iorveth and Shani.

Regardless it would be a stunning area to look at with the new engine.

Even just as a symbolic act, Eredin could wipe Dol Blathanna and its Queen as a mere proof of his superiority to the rest of the elves as Aen Elle's supremacy ....

Dol Blathanna is the Valley of Flowers.

Nilfgaard gave it to the elves as a gift for supporting them in the war against the north.
It used to belong to the elves before the humans took it from them.

Now it is ruled by the elven sorceress Francesca Findabair,
who was supposedly the most beautiful sorceress in the lodge.

Wow most beautiful sorceress? Then i really hope we get to see her and this Valley of Flowers. As the name implies, i thought is a very beautiful location which i honestly want to visit.
