Actually all the witches found Geralt very charismatic. And this is quite possible that we can meet her in Witcher 3 like Toruviel in Witcher 1 with the same consequences if we will help Scoiatael. As for Philippa with her lesbomancy magic Geralt i`m afraid have no chance.

No, there's no suggestion of any offer of sex in either direction between Geralt and Saskia. The comment about dwarves is when Geralt points out that Iorveth has strong feelings for her.
