I think CDPR are making the right choice by deciding to put an end to Geralt's story with TW3. I love the White Wolf just as much as you guys but I prefer his story to end on a high note.

I think that we will see a little break between TW 3 and TW 4. During last interview creators of TW3 sounded really tired with series and CDPR already lost one great guy who was also tired with series. I'm talking about Gop. I think that they will let team to do something else between TW 3 and 4.

I would not mind a cameo in W4 (The New protagonist must journey to Avallach to seek guidance), but its better to a Geralts journey as the protagonist on a high note and not drag it out.

I love Geralt but i agree that TW3 should be the end. Let it be like the Shepard trilogy.

End the story, everyone deserves to retire, even Witchers.

I love Geralt but yeah, I would rather end his story in high note just like *Tommy* said.

The succeeding witcher series can still have him as some sort of a legend in the story.

Guys, it's best to let a good thing go. It's best to let it die strong and hold a powerful memory. There is no point in dragging Geralt's story out. I respect the lore and CDPR too much for them to do this. And it's kind of sad, because I've never connected to a game character like I have with Geralt. It's uncanny...Geralt is me, in so many ways. But I'm ready to let him have his ending, and I'm ready to move on.

I love the Witcher games and thing Geralt is one of the most interesting characters in gaming, but I agree there should be a proper ending to his story instead of continuing on. It would be like having a great story but never having a truly satisfying ending to appreciate everything that happened.

I think the best thing for Geralt saga's is finish the story:

LITTLE SPOILER OF BOOKS

include Wild Hunt (the game's title) and Jennefer, and make Geralt live quiet and smooth with her, as he always wanted in books.

At the same time I want more games about The Witcher world but I am afraid that it will turn into World of Warcraft's fate... I am sure that they will end this trilogy and give us more of this dark world. WE WANT DARK RPG'S! We need it, please do not cut us out of it!

Maybe we should address this one to Sapkowski, maybe he's eager to cooperate(not for the first time) with CDPR and give us more stories who knows;)

Though on the other side most comments are on place saying Geralt deserves a great ending and number three sounds all right I guess, but will be AN ending that's what I'm sure about.

I remember when I red my first Witcher preview in a gaming magazine with few artworks and loads of promises from developers.. Few years on and we're waiting for the third part.. Focking hell.. Thank you CDProjectRed
