Don't Lose Your Mind not starting - XSX 1.52

I am unable to get the Don't Lose Your Mind quest to start, I'm on Xbox Series X v1.52. I've waited well over 48 in-game hours after Epistrophy, tried to drive around where the accident should take place to trigger it as well. Every time I go into the Delamain HQ it's just the same conversations that happen once you finish returning all the cars.

Honestly, I think you have to do some other quests/GIGs/"things", waiting in-game generally don't trigger anything

Yeah I did Epistrophy early on and I'm pretty far along now, completed a lot of the main story, side quests, gigs, etc..

For me, already three playthroughs in 1.5+ on Series X and Delamain calls me rather quickly after finishing epistrophy.
I don't know if there is something that you can try to trigger this quest, so I suggest to clear your cache in case, and send a ticket to the support for help ("Contact Us" button).

Software power cycle method on Xbox Series X:
- Press the Xbox button in the middle of your controller.
- Scroll to the right to Profile & System.
- Select Settings with the A button.
- Select Devices & Connections.
- Select Blu-Ray.
- Select Persistent Storage.
- Select Clear Persistent Storage.

- Detail from me, reboot your console before launching the game again.
