Doppler Effect Achievement Bugged

I just finished the Doppler Effect mission. And my Achievement didn't pop. I checked all the online guides, I've done it exactly as it says. I reloaded twice and picked different outcomes for the thief, I turn in the mission it ends, I get all rewards, but no achievement! Hope this gets fixed very fast!

(PC Steam version, 1.07)

It isn't the doppler effect achievement, it's every achievement.
