Doppler Effect Discussion
Participating in the contest you hereby declare that you accept the following rules.1. The contest is organized by CD Projekt RED Sp. z o.o. located in Warsaw at Jagiellońska 74 st. The contest is related to the game The Witcher 2: The Assassins of Kings.2. The contest last until the 15th of November 2010.3. The winners will be revealed within 30 work-days from the date of the contest’s end.4. The contest is meant for persons of age.5. The age of the winners will be verified and the result will be annulled in the case of those under 18 years old.6. None of the photographs sent by the contest’s participants will be published without their clear consent.7. Two sets of awards are provided for the contest. They are described below. 1) The set containing the game The Witcher 2: The Assasins of Kings. 2) The implementation of characters created in the image of the photographs sent by the two winners in the game The Witcher 2: The Assassins of Kings.8. The winners will be asked to take additional photographs in several shots and to send them in high quality.9. The taking of the aforementioned photographs does not require the winners to use specialized equipment and will not be financed by Projekt RED Sp. z o.o.10. The winners have the right to refuse to grant the image based on which the contest’s organiser would build image of non-player characters in the game The Witcher 2: The Assassins of Kings.11. The winners will be asked to agree in writing on the building of the aforementioned game characters’ faces based on the provided photographs.12. The game characters’ faces will not depict the faces of actual winners, they will be built based on their faces.13. The contest’s organiser guarantees that the faces of the aforementioned characters will be rendered in the highest possible quality, and at the same time will not accept reclamations.14. All further details will be determined in separate correspondence with the winners.
