double charged and no response from support.

I bought the Gwent starter pack a few days ago, I think about for and the day after I found out that I was double charged for it. I emailed support about this about 3 days ago and still no response, Can someone help?

Did you contact GOG Support? If not, please, do so. If you already have, they may be a bit busy preparing for release, so there might be a delay, but you can always try again.
