Double video options - not sure whats going on

When i go to the video options in the settings, I see the normal list of video options, things like texture quality, vsync, shadow quality, etc.

When i scroll to the bottom (where hardware cursor is), the list starts over again, with all the options repeated a second time.

The first options and second options are independant of each other. Meaning I can set vsync to OFF at the top, and ON for the second occurance of the setting.

Not sure why its doing this but it cant be good. Any ideas of how to fix it?

this happens when you got the rendering.xml twice or something similar in the "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc" directory

Yes to the above post. Just validate your installation. If that doesn't work, delete the folder containing the config files mentioned above and then validate the installation again.

Absolute worst-case scenario would be to re-install the whole game. Doubt that will be necessary.
