Why is it, that always when someone changes anything after warts she/he does not seem to care if the result is better? No, I am not talking about the totally stupid idea to change the forum structure so that the Djinni forum became a Subforum of In-Game tech.I am talking about the "Enhanced" Edition. I used to like to play the game in German. But now I can not stand it any more. Geralt's voice sounds retarded like he hit his head till he lost his memory, Triss sounds weak, there is nothing sly in the professors voice, even voices like Azar, Shani, Kalkstein, Zoltan, Leo,... does not match the character any more. And with all this slower speaking and new added sentences that explain everything you already understand in the previous two sentences again it seems like the voice actors made a "who sounds most retarded" contest. Who won was accordet the honor to speak Geralt.And the colour differential system... Does it not bother you that the atmosphere is totally lost when for example beggars wear purple cloths?To come to the point... I want to reverse this "improvements" without using a older version of the game. (I can not get on without all the bug fixes) Does someone know how to accomplish this?

Well, as for dubbing, just install some other language pack and enjoy your new voiceovers.It becomes more difficult, if you want to turn character coloring off - you can edit cds_colors.2da to have only desired color ranges, or do it the hard way, editing all desired character templates to have coloring turned off.Also - you cannot simply downgrade your way into having the cookie and eating it. Game executables can't be downgraded at all, if you mean to save all the bugfixed/improvements and not simply back down to 1.3 or below.
