I was playing today and I don't know what happened but my frame rate went from locked 60 90% of the time to 45fps going down to China Town main street location just south of V's apartment. It was crazy!
Anyone else experience massive frame drops in certain areas? Any ideas why this is happening? I get 5 or so fps dips from time to time but over 15?
