They pretty much did, both with the free dlc and their statement. They just didn't acknowledge it was bad because of them. They put the blame on us. It was some passive aggressive half assed apology bullshit.

the first paragraph? That's exactly the kind of forced agendas I don't want from them and one of the problems with them I have. I don't feel like being preached at. I doubt any of those images are real though.

It was a sort of an inside joke on BSN in the months leading up to DA2's release. The default Hawke was portrayed with this smear of blood on his/her nose. And people joked that it was nutella because pretty much everyone likes nutella.
