I've played Skyrim myself and completed the main story and all the guild stories with the exception of the mages. To claim that there isn't a bunch of collectible crap and repetitive quests in it is BS. Radiant quests bro?
A huge world where you can get lost exploring all the nooks and crannies and finding interesting bits of lore or weapons and armor. It has pacing issues and features terrible balance problems. A game where a lot of people feel the story is not really well done and is a secondary object.
That is Dragon Age: Inquisition and that is also Skyrim and Fallout 3.
You don't need to do many radiant quests except in the Thieves Guild which I just ignored (and never got the ultimate reward, though I finished the quest line).
Here you have to grind or you can't level or progress the story. When you're more worried about accumulating crap (be that Power or whatever) than completing quest objectives, that's bad. It's what MMO's do. Hence, MMO gameplay.
Everything just takes sooooo long and requires so much filler crap to complete. It's not a bad game, but it's artificially loaded up with useless grindy stuff.
Here's my PC. Her face isn't bad but god, the body model. Of course Sera would get a body model that looks healthy and the Inquisitor looks emaciated with a head that's too big for the rest of her. I just have to mentally edit her appearance so that she's got some meat on her bones.

Dorian is funny but he's so gay, OMG. I guess people like the stereotype. My PC is going to make Solas her man-waifu eventually but they haven't stopped arguing yet. He's stingy with his approval which is fine, that's how I like it.
