Finally finished the game yesterday, so can start following this thread without fear of spoilers. My thoughts? Inquisition was an enjoyable enough game for sure, but it could have done with a touch less sandbox and a tad more story.
It doesn't you always have to click on the green glowing icons on that war map to start a main quest.

It makes me sorta sad to imagine Anders alone, being hunted by everyone. Despite pretty much it all being his own fault I still feel bad for him. I would like to hear Cole's reading of current Anders, I expect it would be interesting to see how his mind is working now.

I guess they did it because the other elf woman they were thinking of doing it to wouldn't have been so tragic. She was a fairly nasty and annoying character but Anders was funny and interesting, so to see him go from Awakening to DA2 had the desired effect of being sad.
Since we know the right of tranquility can be undone, I wonder if it would be possible to separate Anders and Justice by doing that? Cutting Anders off from the fade would mean Justice would surely die... I don't know if it would work but it is an interesting thing to consider.

When you talk to Varric on the battlements you should have been given 2 dialogue options, one that said "Default Hawke" and the other that said "Custom Hawke" you pick custom and then you're taken to a character creation screen.

Alsoooo I finally got round to taking screenshots of Inquisitor no.2 I managed to make this one look a bit more like me \o/
I feel like in these screenshots my Inquisitor always looks kinda pissed off
although in the top screenshot I noticed Varric giving me serious evils. Why is he so angry?!?

In DA2 I created my hawke like in few minutes in inquisition i was pissed when i had to recreate her, and i have break bad news to my brother, he created pretty cool looking hawke. (at least to me and my brother)

And i can't recreate hawke, because whatever i chose does nothing and i have to start speaking with varric again and again and again and again and again and again. to do fucking nothing.
Have you made sure you clicked customise when you go into the character creation? If you don't click that then you can't change anything, but it's not obvious sometimes...
And yeah, I wouldn't mind having to recreate my Hawke so much if they hadn't taken away the hairstyle my Hawke was using in DA2. My Warden and Hawke both used this super cute haircut that Bioware now aren't using so... yeah that was annoying.

Ugh, the new healing system seems absolutely terrible when combined with their respawn system. I'm halfway through Citadelle du Corbeau(Exalted Plains) where the hordes of zombies spawn, and out of potions. So now I can't make some more of them, there is nowhere I can replenish my supply in the dungeon, no healers to be found, health doesn't restore over time and returning to the camp would mean starting from scratch, because everyone would respawn. Awesome.

While I love the game, I am rather annoyed that so much was cut, stuff that they showed us in presentations before the game came out:

That entire mission in the beginning to start with. There was no defending crestwood or anything, making decisions on how to do it and so on. Nothing like that.
They cut a lot of stuff. There's dialogue from cassandra suggesting the whole party could ride a mount:

Somebody know what the third common seed is? that one is missing and the not complete quests are driving me mad. The one above deep mushroom.
7 shards, 3 mosaic pieces and 2 bottles of booze to go... Also 2 bugged quests I can't finish *argh* and never got to sit in judgment over Samson even though the game said I could the throne isn't clickable.
