Dragon scales?

According the wiki there is supposed to be one in the Temerian quarter but I scoured this area and cant find it. Its the last component I need to finish the outfit. Has this scale been found by anybody? Wiki says its in a crate in the temerian district.

Cheers

Philippa's house, if you're on Iorveth path. This may also be accessible from Roche path, I'm not sure.

If you can't get into Philippa's house, and still have "From a Bygone Era" open, you can kill the Operator; there is a unit of dragon scales on him. (Don't take this lightly; the Operator is one of the hardest fights in the game.)

They're possible to get through Phillipa's house and from a Bygone Era.

But if your heading for Triss' path and haven't opened that quest. Then I'd suggest finding a few mods to re-do the components you need for whatever your crafting.

It happened to me with the Kingslayer's outfit, so I found a mod that replaced the Dragon Sclaes with Arachas armour.

I think it is possible. I played Roche's path last month with patch 2.1 and I'm pretty sure I went inside Philippa's house. I remember going up to the roof and being really angry that I couldn't open the chest because I didn't have Philippa to undo the magical seal on it :p

I made the full Kinslayer outfit on that play-through so I definitely did find a dragon scale. I'm pretty sure I got the one in Philippa's house, although I guess it's possible I got the one from the Temerian quarter instead since I was fairly thorough looting things.

Phillipas house unlocks when you talk to Roche the first time. I have the scale now so all is good but its still driving me crazy that I cant find the one supposedly in the Temerian district.
