Draugir armor fragment

Ok I'd like to know how i can get the Draugir armor fragment for the Oathbreaker armor in Chapter II
I know i can get it at the very start but i never have time to loot the damn corpses before im in combat again
but is there any other way i can get it on Roche playthrough?

Yes. On both Roche and Iorveth there's a second opportunity to get it around the middle of the Chapter.

Mini-clues as I think there's a problem with spoiler tags right now:
Roche: tunnels.
Iorveth: mist.

Okay, I knew the guy in the tunnel dropped some kind of armor fragment but wasn't sure wich one it was, thanks for the help

i have the same problem.
i'm now at the end of the Act, sp next quest step make Oathbreaker's quest failed but i still have no Draugnir armor piece.
i;m not sure i undertood about "Tinnels". what tunnels exactly? i think i killed everything o could and was everywhere on the map (Riche side) but i still have no this armor piece.
please give some more info =(

There SHOULD be a bullvore in these tunnels, and the drop from killing it SHOULD include a draugir armor fragment. However, I have seen other reports over the last few days about various bullvores not showing up in EE, so I'm not as certain of this as I was a week ago when I first posted.

i was in that tunnels for sure, and i've got some Draugir Claws item from there, but i assure you - i have cleaned every meter of that tunnel. i have nothing except that Draugir's Claws
so is any way to get this item still? cheating is accepltable in this situation becouse.. i have tens of play hours after that tunnels..

i\ve just checked old saves in that tunnels and found one bullvore in the wide cave. i killed him few times - every time he drops Draugir Claws.
another one bullvore stand in the other part of the map. sometimes there are TWO bullvores i don't know why. anyway i killed him/them few times too and no Draugnir armor drop as well.
so finally i'm totally confused with this quest... i made all pieces of the set except this damn armor and still can't get this damn Draugnir Armor piece...

i googled some info that the ONLY way to get Draugir Armor pice is the very begining of Act2 when you fight with few ghosts and then Draugnirs come.
I don't want to believe it really, becouse if this is REAL one way to get the armor piece thta's undescribable stupid thing, the most stupid thing in the game becouse on the Dark difficulty you just have no time to loot killed Draugnirs and evenmore you just don't know you need to loot them so much. basicly you know nothing about armor set and other stuff of the Act. this thing is hard to believe to

There should be Draugirs when you are crossing the fog...plus it would be easy to add with a patch.

Last time I ran this, the bullvore did in fact appear and did in fact drop both Draugir Claws and a Draugir Armor Fragment. It's in the open area just before you reach the tunnel where you meet Saskia. There's another bullvore in the south end of the tunnels (near where you find the Blood Sword on Roche's path), but it has no special drops.

However, the nature of the bug is that these one-time-spawning monsters may fail to respawn if, after it has spawned, you go back and reload a save from before. So I believe it's possible to miss out on this bullvore.

yes, i know what bullvore you are talking about - large light cave and bullvore near the door to Saskia.
this creature was killed about 10 times today - i reloaded old save - every time he droped only Draugir Claws.
frankly i tired of this bugged sh1t and used some mode and got the item i need for crafting. it's bad idea to spend many hours to fight with stupid bug or not so clever quest item drop system whatever it is.
if you can't deal with bug - use cheat
anyway, the idea of looting Draugirs at the very Act 2 begining is really crap one. i don't know who's suppose to realise you need to loot something while you have hot battle around you that won't end while you are far enough from the place with your quest item. bad, very bad idea
