Draw Distane and Pop-In Issue

+
Hey!
I wanted to finally start playing Cyberpunk from start to finish, but I've encountered an issue that really icks me. I have a draw distance issue where it seems like stuff loads in only when I'm within a 5m radius of it. The ads, the city lights, car lights, trash on the streets or the streets themselves (sometimes) are popping in and out.

I've tried several fixes that I found online such as disabling HDD mode, verifying files, lowering FOV, playing in windowed borderless mode, giving more priority in the task manager, playing with the NVIDIA Control Panel Settings, installing mods that claim to help with this issue (they didn't) or installing the game clean several times.

The game is installed on an M.2 SSD and my specs are:
ASRock B650M PG RIPTIDE
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Trinity OC 12GB
32GB 6000MHz RAM

Here's a closer look.
I've got around 70-80fps

Please help if you can, because I would really want to start expieriencing this game and the issues I encounter are very immersion breaking :(

Made this account to look for information about this issue. one person here said the LOD setting in the menu is broken because no matter where you set it to the LOD looks the same.
The only LOD mod i have found to actually work in 2.0 onwards is the one for Adverts but terrain and buildings are aggressively culled just 100 meters away.

"Draw Distane and Pop-In Issue"

Don't think it's a bug but an intended downsizing of the draw distance sphere to mitigate the chance of crashes. Just a guess. But I agree that it all spawns in a tad bit too close for comfort. Also the traffic lights which I initially had planned to more often oblige to.

But better to spawn in short than crashing, don't you think?

we're beyond that. we are talking about having capable hardware and wanting to take advantage of the game's abilities.
my 13900 and 4090 have a lot left in the tank and i am not running out of RAM nor VRAM.
and this low quality mesh transformation infront of my eyes is getting tiring and distracting. another example of the game being coded to the point that even the "max" settings are still made to cater to the lowest common denominator.

I have the same specs as you. One thing about CDPR is that the things they do are never without a valid point. So there must be a reason as to why they made the draw sphere this small.
