Driving Bug (whats new?)

I recently bought Cyberpunk and am a new player, but i am already experiencing issues. Whenever driving, I cannot turn left. When I try to, the car goes right, and it goes right when I turn right as well. I checked the key bindings, nothing out of the ordinary there. When walking I do not have this issue. I even plugged a PS5 controller into my PC and the issue is gone. Any tips? I have not found anywhere on the internet with the same issue

Check under vehicle control section make sure you have the same key binding as the walk and exploration section
Failing that try putting the control section back to defaults then restart game and check.

Thanks for the suggestion, sadly no luck. I have no clue what is going on with this game.
