Driving speed feels KPH instead of MPH.

Speedometer claims it's MPH but it sure does feel way more like KPH. Does the speed of the vehicle seem way slower than it should feel to anyone else?

This doesn't really matter it's simply an observation that I thought others might have noticed as well.

All distances in the game are measured in meters and kilometers. So I assume the speed is KPH regardless of what any graphics in the car interiors says.

I agree, top end cars should feel faster, have more top speed.
Also, I haven't found a very fast motorbike yet. The best one so far seems to be Jackie's bike
