dun banner disappeared?

Act 2 Death symbolized, i deceived the ghost and found no loot. Thought maybe it was put in my inventory automatically and moved on (i was there for flickering heart) so my altercation with the ghost is far before any of my saves. When i go back there there is still no banner in the sarcophagus or my inventory.

Are there any workarounds for an issue like this? Does cd projekt red still patch the enhanced edition?

I'm sorry - I've only seen this reported once before, and it sounds similar to your own case, the player didn't search the sarcophagus the first time, and when he went back, the banner wasn't there. The only solution was to go back to a save from before killing the ghost, which seems like it could be a problem for you.

If you're on PC, you could give details of the decisions you've made, maybe someone has a save that's similar to your game.
