There has to be a clue finding mechanic in such a massive game.

No one wants to waste hours trying to find impossible to see blood on trees.

And just like I expected, the crossbow looked like a useless addition, especially since the griffin was close quarters pretty much the whole time. And what is up with it shooting 3 bolts at the same time?

What's up with the hate towards the crossbow?

I dont understand how someone can say this is worse then TW2, graphics are better, animations are better, inventory is improved, Im bit shocked by mostly negative responses.

Alright, after rewatching the gameplay part - still not into the crossbow, entirely unnecessary. My biggest gripe was the combat - it looks too arcady, the Axii sign literally being drawn on the screen looked out of place, splitting a man in half is something I expect from games like DA, not The Witcher, really bad touch imo. Griffin fight did not look all that interesting, but it seemed like they rushed it for the sake of saving time, so will reserve judgement. Dialogue bits were nice, still liking the new facial animations. Console UI, don't care, need to see the PC one. Graphics - looked like Xbone footage, can't judge.

What was I expecting from the game?
CDPR shouldn't have shown something in this conference, that's all. You can't make something worthwhile in this kind of conference.

Well, I just hope they release some TRUE 1080p footage at some point so we can watch it as we usually do - frame by frame - and then make better judgement.

I think they really wanted to be part of these big conferences to get attention, and since they are not XBOX only developer they got pushed away and got limited time to show anything, lets hope that other sessions with media will show us more gameplay

I watched the E3 MS show through gamespot and they were just talking about CDPRs presentation and they LOVED it.
They really hyped it for their audience so whatever it was worth showing such a little glimpse it seemed to have worked.

I liked the gameplay a lot but I agree it felt rushed. But hey what do you expect from being on the stage. I think its a huge stepping stone for CDPR to make it on the big stage and get their game out there. I think it helps a lot for the popularity of the game which in turn helps CDPR make better games. Good stuff!

I was impressed by the graphics for being a xbox one game. Cant wait to see the PC version with the new technology.

I noticed that the griffins flying animations were a little sketchy and robotic like when we seen the dragons for the first time in skyrim. But I strongly believe that it was because of the timing of the demo that they had to alter the griffins AI. I think the fight will be much more intense as it is a truly formidable opponent.

That gruesome combat reminded me of Witcher1, limbs flying left and right, ridiculous amounts of blood, but I liked it, I really liked it!
