If you bought the game on GOG, the easiest way is to install GOG Galaxy first, start Galax and then install the game. There shouldn't be much of an issue with that under normal circumstances.
But you'll definitely need a lot of free space on your harddrive (the installation needs 70 GB but it's definitely a good idea to have a bit more than 100GB of free space).
