I've asked for this feature ever since I learned about Skyrim, where it would have made a hell ot of sense. Having mountains just as a backdrop and not being able to scale then is just nonsensical.

They might mean something else entirely by that, more akin to glitchy cliff climbing in Skyrim by using the new jump feature rather than an actual new feature. I wouldn't get too excited about it just yet.
