Early visual glitch / issue in the parking lot (with final build)

Did anyone also noticed how the cars SPAWN in front of your eyes, slide and they go/clip through parking column in the initial car steal scene? Also the police car tires are 1/5 clipped into the ground. In the preview (early) gameplay that was perfect.

Also most car sequences are extreme stiff and the cars are rotated from the center like with some stick. Their tires didn't move/respond. (For example the Train/convoy mission with Panam). The big trucks are like toys and their tires are not animated at all. Extremely unpolished. Idk who from the team is responsive for this - animators, quest designers or just programmers.

I know none of that is game breaking, but destroys completely the immersion. I hope it gets addressed in the future!
