Eating and performing actions in meditation screen
This is a minor bug. I found out that I can eat and perform different actions when in meditation screen. For example I was able to talk to merchant in front of me when in meditation screen.

I think I also found a way to reproduce those steps:
1. Find a walking merchant (the one I tested is near Lucian's Windmill)
2. Stand in front of him so he will walk into you and enter meditation screen before that happens.
3. The moment after the NPC bump you everything will be unlocked (including eating and talking to the NPC).
