Ecc operation failed

Trying to uncook the game using cmd with admin rights "-indir=D:\Witcher3 -outdir=E:\Uncooked" but i get this..

Also, using the script studio i get "Crash reason: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (3221225477), Error reading location 0x00000000
" when trying to create a new mod. Is this a serperate issue or do i need to get the uncooked part done first?
