I'm sorry you've waited so long for a reply; I didn't see this thread until today.

Skyboxes: When you're editing an area, look at the Placeables menu. There's a section in there called "Skyboxes." Pick a skybox and put it down anywhere in the area.

Then bring up the text box and give the skybox an X placement of 1500.00, a Y placement of 1500.00, and a Z placement of 0.00.

Often, the area will not LOOK as if the skybox has done very much while you're in Djinni. But when you go to the area in the game, you'll have a real sky instead of just black space. Different skyboxes have different pictures painted on them -- some have mountains in the background, some have a moon hanging in the sky, some are brightly sunny, and some are overcast. So you can experiment with different ones until you find one that gives your area the look you want.

Skills: The skills are specified in a bunch of LUA scripts; they have names like witcher_cs_trees.lua and witcher_sgn_tree.lua. You can download the original scripts here: http://www.moddb.com/games/the-witcher/downloads/lua-nss-scripts Once you've got the originals, you can edit those scripts to produce the skill tree that you want for your adventure.
