Editing .dds-files

Since I use Photoshop instead of Gimp for editing .dds-files for my mod the npcs using this files does not end without head or body any more. But there are still some problems with some textures. Alvin's for example.
With Deidre's or every dwarf's texture this is even worse. It seems like every (hair) part of the texture that stick out (Alvin's shock, Deidre's locks, some parts of the dwarf's beards, ...) are somehow faulty after saving them with Photoshop. Does someone know how to avoid this?

Sounds like a transparency issue. My first and only guess at this time would be to check the format in which you are saving.Geralt's hair is a DXT5 format, the others probably are as well.

Thanks. With this format it works.
