Why is the texture pop-in everywhere? No matter how I adjust my settings, everything steadily morphs as I draw near. Vergen is especially noticeable - the rocks don't fade into view, but the texture on them changes, even at close distances. One would think if I set resolution low enough it wouldn't have to do this. Also, I've had the rare instance of camera lock up after trying to throw a bomb.

Changing Texture Memory size should fix this in most cases, however if too high (depends on the amount of VRAM you have) you'll see more lag as your videocard will have to work harder to accommodate the texture load. And if it doesn't... well then I suppose that's a bug.

Has anyone else noticed that the messenger from Thaler no longer appears in Flotsom in the EE? He used to pop up and let you know that you should trust Roche and do what he says in most every situation.

Showed up for me. He's a part of my EE screenshots folder, so I'm 100% certain of that.

Definitely didn't pop up in my playthrough so far. The only Thaler agent I've encountered is the dead one, and I'm just before meeting Iorverth for the first time with Zoltan (and have completed every other quest).

spoiler? since the messenger gets killed by Dmitri maybe if you follow that quest first to the cemetery and don't use the specific door to the town before you will not meet him

I just met him the other day :D

Ah that could be. I did do the Troll quest fairly early (because it's easy and Hunter's Armor is some of the best in the game for awhile).

Doesn't affect it, i have 2GBs of VRAM and I increased the texture cache to 1.5GB and it was still exactly as bad as it was before.

Item that I equip on hotkey (bombs, daggers and traps) are always unequip everytime after each cutscenes. It's a bit annoying.

In the prison with Phillipa at Loc Muinne, and the game doesn't reflect the hairstyle I have for Geralt in the cut scenes. He isn't always bound at first, but when the cut scene starts his hands are bound.

The most frustrating bug so far though, and one I hope they fix, is the bomb throwing bug. This blasted bug was fixed in 2.0 but now its back again. It makes throwing bombs on the fly almost useless. Please fix this CDPR.

Have Roche's men always looked the same or was it introduced in the EE? I'm not sure, since I did only one playthrough with Roche. Anyway, as it is now, it looks very strange and disrupts the atmosphere of this particular scene:

It was the same in 2.0; I remember that far back. I don't think I paid attention in versions before 2.0.
It would have been a very hard-hitting scene indeed if Fenn, Silas, and especially Thirteen were among the hanged.

In Vergen, just after Saskia has been poisoned and brought to her house, Philippa is already standing in front of the door - even though she's still inside casting spells until geralt mentions "she's ceased casting spells"; then she comes out of the house ^^

fought the dragon and had to reload numerous times to finally defeat it. Sometimes the dragon's vitality meter was present, other times not.

I had a few bugs but some of them were already reported.
Idon't know if somebody already mentioned thes ones (I only read 4 pages of the post) but here they are:
- In flotsam square I experimented (just one time fortunatly) that the chamera freezes but the game doesn't, I mean with that that I can't move the camera with the mouse but I can move geralt, draw my sword, use sign, etc. I saved the game at that point, loaded it and it vame to normal.
- Iorveth has a line on his neck, that is very annoying because it looks like his head is not part of his body.
- in the arena if I try to meditate or press "C" to enter the character's menu and there's an interactive object or character "targeted" (with the simbol that if you press "click" you can interact) it makes a real mess, I remember the other day when I droped a sword, after a few rounds I meditated to drink a potion and when I clicked "drink potion" it opened the loop screen and if I tried to close it by clicking the "x" of the panel it didn't closed and when I pressed "spacebar" to take the sword the mouse arrow dissapeared and I couldn't drink the potion, close the menu or nothing and I had to close the game using Ctrl+alt+del :S

Edit: sorry I forgot that the game takes too long to open the load game menu and also takes long to load the game

Jerky game play in the tutorial and dialog not matching up. Major reaction delays with key commands, and navigation is choppy. I love the look of the game, but I really want to play it effectively. )

My biggest problem is that the Keyran QTE is now impossible. Geralt rides Keyran's arm, I click the left mouse button and the click-meter fills up but Geralt always falls off. I've finished the game 7 times and I never had a problem with this before. Please fix it!

I noticed one bug so far:

During the drinking potion animation Geralt doesn't have the flask in his hand. It appears only at the end, AFTER he throws it out (though he throws out nothing because the flask is not in his hand lol)

The flask also appeared in Geralt's hand during a sex cutscene at the brothel in Flotsam (Geralt is in bed with a prostitute and all of a sudden, when he touches her face, he does that with a flask in his hand).

I'll try to capture some screenshots.

Got this fixed with suggestion from another thread. My display setting were to high. Looks like I will be shopping for a faster vid card soon.
