EE Install Issue-DEV PLEASE READ

I built a new PC recently. I re-installed the Witcher on my new PC. I then proceeded to install the EE 1.4 version but it prompts me to register my original copy in order to proceed. I already registered the game on my last PC. I proceeded to login and re-register to get the EE to install, however it won't accept my password. I though it was the same as my Profile login on the site but apparently it's not. I clicked the "Forgotten password" link in the menu of the game and it states that it sent me an email but I haven't received one. It's been almost 2 days.

I then attempted to reset my password on this site and that did work. I got an email and I completed the reset. I then tried to use my new password through the game's register option (through the main mentu) but it still says my password is incorrect. I also tried to send an email to the company through the Contact Us section but I can't even do that. When I complete the online form and click submit, I get an "undefined" error. So this seems to be my only means of communication with Support. Please help.

I don't know what to do.

Ok Seriously! I've never had so many problems installing a patch. I went to the link then downloaded the updated 1.4 EE patch. Attempted to install and I got past the register part but now it says I need an updated language pack. I then downloaded the English pack and attempted to install that. That pack won't install because it says I need an updated version?!?!? Do I need to install previous patches? This is ridiculous.
