Eerie Sobbing Women...

Has anyone gone to this town Lofoten in the islands and noticed that every single one of the women in the town are crying? I have yet to do a witcher contract for this island, so I'm guessing that has something to do with it? or is it some kind of weird crying woman bug? In any case it was kind of creepy when I fast traveled in and actually got the chance to notice it. Literally, every single one is sobbing. It was eerie.

Lofoten is a location that you visit during the main quest. The women crying are related to the plot. And yes they are all crying, not a bug.

Oh, so you've finished the game and can't remember? [SPOILERS] It's the town which Ciri visits, meets Skjall, then goes to a Sauna before the Wild Hunt attacks. Those women are mourning the dead.
