Is there any way to remove the poison effect on the screen (green smoke in the corners) ? Ini file maybe?

Do you mean in general, so you won't see it no matter how high your toxicity is?

Yes - I am running with decoction active almost all the time and it is really annoying

Was wondering this myself. Decocotions last for like 30 mins in your maintained spells window. Is there anyway to cancel it?

You can rest or use white honey elixir. BTW Echidna decoction is the most broken item in the game...
