Yeah, it probably isn't related to Scoia'tael, but I suppose @Brienne saw this page and there are some Witcher images there so I suppose that's why s/he posted it. It "looks like" Scoia'tael though. Gilrond why don't you do a cosplay and post some legit pictures?

The elves of the Witcher world is a great idea for a thread, but the problem is that there are not so many artistic images of Scoia'Tael or the elves in general. And that is a pity in my opinion. I'm not necessarily talking about archers and fighters, there is much potential around Shaerrawedd, Feainnewedd, etc. and their grief. Also, I would love to see a representation of Lara Dorren and her outstretched hand towards "nothingness".

@Alexius321, of course it is understood that Shaerrawedd, Feainnewedd, their should be posted in this thread,grief, their struggle to survive and adept to a human society and much, much more related to Elves, their issues concerning Dol Blathanna, Lara Doren from Tir na Bea Arainne etc. are posts that I would like to see too or find and share with you. Elves of the Witcher World is the most condensed title that I could put and that at the same time contains everything you mentioned. That is by the way fantastic idea and I would be delighted to see depiction of Elves as such! @Gilrond-i-Virdan the image you mentioned is found on Pinterest titled as Sapkowski, I will take in consideration to check whether it is original art dedicated to Elves of Sapkowski's world or just contextual art where every Elf could fit in. I would like to see your pictures as a cosplayer! Thank you for your advice that will contribute the quality of post and value of sources.
