True, I found Ciri's personality at the end of the game a bit confusing I have to say. In the books neither Geralt nor Ciri care about the greater good, fuck it, not even Yen who told the lodge to fuck of, or Triss who betrayed them to save Geralt. They care about each other, friends, family, whatever you want to call it.no not really, and there is no point in the game were she cares about the greater good.
She cares about the people close to her, and she wants to be left alone. No longer be chased and used for what she is. Even her supposed sacrifice at the end (which is lorewise kinda bullshit), is done because she wants to end it (being on the run all the time) rather then just doing something good.

Actually in the books there is. Witcher and Witcheress, at least thats how it appears in the english translationsThe game calls her a witcher, There's no female form, it's like soldier.
