ok maybe I'm late to the party but did any of you guys notice that the XP bug affects the enemies, I just realized when I was running around in the world that some enemies have gray levels and some have green, the enemies that have a gray level number won't give any xp, green numbered guys will.

If the grey ones are a much lower level than you, then this isn't part of the bug, it's by design. TW2 was the same.

Just to make this clear, I'm talking specifically about low-level monsters/enemies, not about quest rewards. TW2 didn't give XP for kills that were a lot lower than you. It was well-documented before launch that TW3 would be the same.
