Enemy spawning glitch after saving the game
For some reason some enemies in this game won't spawn if you reload a save file right before fighting it. An example is the bullvore in the cave below the Kaedweni camp. If you save right before fighting it and reload, he'll be completely gone and won't ever respawn.
