Nevermind, I saw in the manual post that it's in the inside cover of the game guidel. Heh, it was pretty well hidden.

I've just thrown the game into the garbage (which is something I've done only one other time in my entire life).

If you're anywhere in Virginia I'll gladly take the game off your hands for free, in fact I might even be willing to drop a few bucks into your hat to pay for the postage or gas.

My question is that for those of us that got the digital version of the EE through Steam or Impulse, how do we register our game with this site? The serial key given by the download product partners doesn't actually fit in the registration spaces. Any answers?

CDPR is aware of that issue and working with the publishers on it. For the moment, please contact the company you downloaded it from and ask them that you want the cdkey, not a game serial :)

Will you have to apply the 1.3 patch prior to upgrading to the EE edition? Also, does anybody know if old save files will be usable or do you have to start over again?

I'm guessing you don't need 1.3. Old savegames are compatible.

So ya, I saw another poster in the same situation as me but I never saw a response which presented a solution to the problem. I received my copy of the game bundled with an MSI video card purchased from Newegg.com, and unfortunately all you get with that is a CD packaged within a white paper envelope. And even more unfortunate, the key for registering my product is not printed within the manual.pdf. From what I understand this was a common found mistake falling on ATARI's shoulders for customers in North America. I'm sure that this can be remedied by contacting ATARI, but for the life of me I cannot find a valid number for contacting customer support. Have any of my fellow North American Witchers had this same problem in the past? Have any of you successfully resolved it by contacting ATARI? If you have, would you mind sharing any contact information for ATARI that you may have used. Many thanks.- Velcan
