Yep! Maybe you downloaded the wrong lang pack or haven't downloaded at all. You should download the same version language of the game installed. Then follow the same instructions given by Goran.GoranSRB said:

Once file integrity has been verified create a folder on your desktop for example and name it to TWEE_Upgrade and place both the language pack and the TWEE_Upgrade.exe is the folder you just created. Then open the folder and right click the TWEE_Upgrade .exe and run as administrator also temporarily disable antivirus before starting the patchwojtron said:
