Enhanced Edition Stitching Issue

Been playing Witcher 1 Enhanced Edition recently, but have been having some issues.

Running on a GTX 1070 at 1080p, and having some issues with stitching/z-fighting. it's been prominent in Vizima and the Swamp so far. Is this a known bug? I have tried uninstalling and also repairing the file.

Are you using mods?

If you are playing with GOG or Steam I‘d suggest disabling the overlay feature, just in case.
If you are not playing on GOG/Steam, make sure to have the latest update installed.

On GOG/Steam you should also do this:

In general, I‘d close every non-essential background application. Especially software with overlay feature can interfere with the performance. Some Antivirus programs can also cause problems.

Don‘t know if it will fix anything but running the game in compatibilty mode for an older Windows OS is another idea:

It could also be an issue with new gpu drivers. In that case, a much older gpu version might solve the issue.

Thanks for this.

I tried a few things. The thing that seemed to fix it was installing the White Wolf mod. Might just be a combination of new drivers and older game. Strange issue though.
