Epic Cripple Movement doesn't work on Sasquatch

As the title says. I'm playing on hard, and have tried the following sequences, which both fail -

Method 1
1. Breach Protocol - loads successfully
2. Cripple Movement - appears to load, but Sasquatch keeps moving

Method 2
1. Breach Protocol - loads successfully
2. Cyberware Malfunction - loads successfully
3. Cripple Movement - appears to load, but Sasquatch keeps moving

This is a pretty recent development as far as I can tell, possibly a bug introduced in 1.6. In previous hard playthroughs I have used rare Cripple Movement with success. For whatever reason now, the epic version is failing. Anyone else having issues?

Some targets are immune to specific QHs. Check to see Sasquatch's eventual immunities.
