Don't think you can kill King of the Wild Hunt in Chapter IV druid quest. If you don't make him vanish by using ginseng, he kills you.

If your level is high enough. he parries most of your hits. but 1 or 2 rare ones get through. You can 1-2 shot him. Just kill 2 wraithes, leave one alive, and work on him for ages.

Don't think there isany reason for the king ingredient drop. It just is there I see it as a souvenir.

I killed the King and was unable to loot his corpse. I saw the "Remains" tag on the ground, but there was no way to get the interface icon to loot his corpse to come up.

Thats because u are still in combat mode....u killed it to close to the Master!!!
