I got some items from the other caves in Act 5 too, from a refugee's cave and the old mine IIRC. No idea what that could be used for. One of them even said it was of unknown meaning, or something like that. Were these Easter eggs?
@pangaeaThese items would have been useful if you followed any other faction. Remember in raven armor quest you are asked to bring certain items. each faction asks for different items. If you find items that other factions would have asked for, it would look like useless items to you.
