After finding all the missing cabs in this quest, V is instructed to return to Delamain HQ and speak to the receptionist. I did and have continuously, but the receptionist never appears. Thus, i cannot finish and show quest as complete. is there something I'm missing or do some other quests have to be completed or acted upon. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
