Epistrophy Quests Not Working Properly

I've started the Delamain quest line roughly a week ago, have completed one or two of them, but after the patch dropped and I've reached the Point Of No Return I no longer get any calls from Delamain notifying me of a cab nearby, nor can I interact with them in any way. Has anyone faced the same issue ?

Got a similar problem. Didn't notice when exactly it happened, but i was doing some side quests today, the tarot cards one, to be more precise, and i was checking my completede jobs and noticed that all the Epistrophy quests were failed, even though i completed some. Here's a screenshot (it's in brazillian portuguese, so the Epistrophy quests are the "Vou de Taxi" ones, and "Trabalho Fracassado" means "Job Failed")
