So unfortunately, the only thing that you can do (as far as I know), it's to reload a save before approaching this GIG, avoid to do anything near this area and send a report to the support (if it's not already done).
If you try to enter and kill the enemies. Then leave this GIG in this "state", it could be even more locked later (a patch maybe won't be able to fix it).
