"Error creating temporary file"

Hi,

I just bought the game, and even I try to shut down my antivirus, check my quotas, reinstall the game 3 times, try to launch as admin ...I just get this f...message:
"Erreur dans la creation du fichier temporaire" i.e. "Error creating temporary file" when the game tries to install automatically the new patch.

Same thing when I try to patch the game manually (patch V1.1, V1.2, V1.3)
First time I have a problem just to install a game.

Please help...

Do you have enough free space on your hard drive...roughly 8-9 GB ? If yes then try running a disc check on your computer and defrag .

Defragmentation done last week...
Any other idea?
Is there a way to launch the game with automatical update checking?

I think i've tried every thong I can (install from drive, antivirus switched off, launched as admin) but nothing worked...
