Error occurred on GPUID: 100 - nvlddmkm

+
I recently bought a new motherboard from msi and a processor from Intel). In some games I have 100fps and no crashes, but in Cybperunk crashes occur quite often and randomly. The main error in the Event Log is:

The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
\Device\Video3
Error occurred on GPUID: 100

And in game crash report says:

Registered crash info file...

I tried many times with benchmarks in Furmark or UNIGINE Superposition and no crashes occurred. I have reinstalled the graphics card drivers multiple times, reinstalled the system, updated the BIOS, reinstalled game, but nothing helped. I don't think it's a GPU or PSU problem because on the previous PC with the same RAM, PSU and GPU Cyberpunk didn't crash, it started after the CPU and motherboard upgrade. I tried with DDU many times without internet connection, but it did not fix my problem. My RAM does not support the XMP profile
