I believe this only happens with (some of) the Aretuza Journey coins, and it affects at least PC as well.
You can report it to CDPR Support using
this page (the "Contact us" button).
Alternatively, looking at that screenshot, you can do the same in Polish using
this site.
Whichever you prefer.
In general, that Support site (also linked in the top bar of the forums) is the way to report bugs directly to CDPR.
