WHYYYYYY??!! No serious, how can Namco win when they didn't have a contract about the XBOX360 with CDPROJEKT?

Details are scarce, but as far as I can tell, Namco Bandai claimed that their rights under the contract extend to the title (that is, all Witcher 2 games), not just the one platform (the Witcher 2 game on PC). The court in Lyon, which is pretty much Lyon-based subsidiary Atari Europe's "home court", agreed with Namco Bandai.

American sports fans will understand the concept of "getting homered".

To be honest I'm a little worried about the outcome and what it means for CDPR in the long term. I appreciated their confidence when this started, but I'm just not sure it will be that easy. Namco wouldn't be suing if they didn't thought they had a case, after all.

Wouldn't expect any different. Namco is Goliah and CDP is David. But no happy ending this time

I was afraid of this. this is what CDPR gets for espousing fair business practices and treating customers like they should. Namco Bandai can suck it.
