Exploring the rubble beneath Arasaka Tower...

Is there something I'm supposed to be finding here? I mean I've reached the point where I'm considering using no clipping to get around stuff... but with how open the entrance is and how important the zone is I'd think there'd be something in all the rubble.

Nope, its just like all the real life preserved ruins of say roman structures like in Malta for example, it is just there to look cool, but there isn't anything to really find.

I can see few reasons
-Either a "thing" in a futur content.
-Either like in many location around the map (Night City was probably build before filling it), someting was plan to be there but it was never done. Like a little dialogue with Johnny if you go there (in the room accessible by the elevator), exactely as the Garffiti in the Totentanz. Or maybe, like in the V's megabuilding, if you scan down below the weight room from the "hole" in the railing, there is an uncommon item in a container object. At one moment, CDPR have certainely planned to add something there, but finally they scraped that.
